Technology Coordinator - DAS/Audit & Assurance
Location: Nashville, TN (Must be be in office a few times a week)
Work you’ll do
Work with team members to be able to understand functional business requirements and ensure that quality is delivered from the implementation team. Below are some areas, but not limited to, that resources would be able to focus on and engage in:
- Collection of application requirements from the business
- Conversion of business application requirements to functional development deliverables
- Implementation (development, configuration, …) of the defined functionality
- Testing and validation of the deliverables
- Supporting the process or deployments/releases, release notes and aligning across teams
In addition, the individual will be expected to:
Responsibilities:
- Providing support, leading over time to additional responsibility and leadership of functional activities
- BSA/Product Owner – Documenting Business Requirements, converting the business requirements to specific functional deliverables for the implementation team
- Quality Assurance – Testing defined functionality to ensure it is working as defined by the business as well as is technically correct
- Development – Building through code or configuration to meet the requirements and design of specific components and functionality of the system
- DevOps/Release Management – Helping to organize and/or the movement of functionality between environments, what is being delivered and ultimately a release to the end users in the production environment
- Working with others as part of a team (onshore and offshore)
- Assisting in helping to deliver features and functionality of “working software”
- Break down and track provided requirements into consumable pieces to be delivered as part of working software

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience with High School GED or two year degree/technical certification
- Basic knowledge in programming languages in front end technologies or .NET and/or C#
- Must reside in or around Nashville, TN and go in to the office a few times a week in Nashville, TN
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Work independently or collaboratively within a team
- Internet navigation and research skills
- Oral and written communication skills
