Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Lead e-Commerce product features, develop rollout plans, and be an integral part in building e-commerce systems for global deployment on the platform
- Facilitate conversation with multiple stakeholders across digital, IT and omnichannel organization. Own the product roadmap
- Deliver product features. Lead the development team
- Build and maintain the platform
- Understand business needs to elaborate the Product Vision
- Ensure product completeness by elaborating high level capabilities and features and mapping them to the business value drivers
- Developing and communicating the program vision, roadmap and progress to all the stakeholders
- Engaging in design thinking workshops and using techniques such as - Personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, story maps to promote product insight and understanding
- Manage and prioritize the flow of work by leading the Product Backlog refinement sessions
- Review the completed stories and provide acceptance and/ or feedback to the team
- Incorporate feedback from the stakeholders from the review sessions, into the Product backlog
- Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
- Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
- Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements

As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data Operations offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a technical strategy role or a technical program manager role, preferably for a Fortune 500 technology company
- Prior experience in a technical role (as a data analyst, scientist, or engineer) delivering data insights Strong experience designing and driving product strategy cross-functionally, collaborating with partners of various technical levels
- Ability to distill complex project scopes into easy-to-understand strategy documents\
- Working experience using data-related programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, or R)
- Experience with querying in Splunk, a plus Familiarity with scalable data technologies and navigating large datasets
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
- User Experience design and UI/UX wire framing type skills is a good to have
- Strong communication skills to proactively coordinate with team members, data engineers, and data scientists
- Technical Aptitude and Knowledge of Analytics / Digital Marketing
