Work you’ll do
Deloitte is seeking a candidate to support our federal client’s ability to build modern applications leveraging the agile methodology framework to achieve success. In this role, the IT Project Manager (IT PM) will support all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions to the development of functional requirements. The IT PM will engage with anticipated end-users, to understand the analysts' current business processes and pain points. The IT PM will document how the custom application will address the client's pain points and deliver value to the client by creating artifacts such as process flows that are defined for the team. The IT PM will help the government prioritize requirements and develop a consensus about the functionality that will be delivered in the Minimal Viable Product (MVP). The IT PM will assist the technical development team, by helping the technical team lead develops Jira tickets and will support functional testing of the application and delivery to the end users. The IT PM will lead the Project Team through sprint ceremonies and ensuring the project provides working software towards the Client's goals and objectives, essentially applying techniques toward schedule and performance aspects of project management.

Using deep sector knowledge and program management skills, we work alongside our clients to implement industry leading practices and manage their most important projects.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years' experience with Project Management
- Previous experience writing user stories and gathering technical requirements
- Ability to understand the SDLC
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- TS SCI Clearance required
- Onsite required 2 days a week
- On-call for 1 weekend every 2 months
- Travel up to 25%

- Previous federal consulting experience highly preferred
