Work you’ll do 

  • Responsible for coordinating all technical aspects and assisting with strategic and legal aspects for all assigned projects and matters involving electronic discovery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle, applying in-depth knowledge and experience for best practices
  • Consult with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements and goals in order to develop and implement project plans, data collection, processing, document production and trial
  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for electronic discovery issues between legal team and contractor(s)
  • Advise legal team on technology options for specific discovery needs including but not limited to recommendation for products in early case assessment, document research, and document reviews
  • Stay abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes
  • Maintain current knowledge of available software applications 
  • Conduct regular briefings on new technology and process improvements with regard to electronic discovery

Our practice has established itself as a leader in delivering the full spectrum of Discovery services to government agencies. Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience is required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role - Top Secret SCI
  • Travel up to 30% 

Preferred: 

  • Litigation support experience
  • Electronic discovery experience
  • Project management experience 
  • Federal government background highly preferred
