Work you’ll do

This work involves improving employee experience during the day-to-day operations for EA employees; mainly covers support around slack, okta, Google workspace, Miro & EA world.  Project manage and drive client requirements, work with business & IT project owners and align to deliverables and timelines for AMS projects and enhancements.

The team

Our Enterprise Operations as a Service team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of Enterprise Operations as a Service applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Customer and Sales Operations
  • Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)

Qualifications

  • Hands-On exposure in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC
  • Extensive experience in Okta (SAML apps, OIDC server configuration, configuration of external IDP, configure Okta agent for AD sync, IP whitelist/blacklist), experience in Okta Open Access Gateway
  • Slack Admin activities (Creation of channels, adding members to channels, addition of external members, Deletion of channels), leveraging slack bot for automation
  • Experience in NodeJS
  • Ability to multitask and able to communicate clearly to the customers on RCA, timelines, incident priority
  • Able to interface with the client stakeholders and clearly articulate the status of incidents and overall project status
  • Ability to handle cross shore teams, prioritization of tasks, distribute to team and track them to closures
  • Limited Sponsorship:  Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
