Deloitte Tax LLP seeks a Tax Senior in Dallas, TX.


Work You’ll Do

Provide high-level guidance regarding enhancement of the organization’s tax technologies and systems. Responsible for managing internal resources and integrating proprietary tools. Develop code improvements and assist code developers with code review and propose new standard solutions. Provide the Global Employer Services Technology Center (“GESTC”) with project deliverables that will enable tax professionals to provide comprehensive GES tax compliance and assessment services. Work to streamline the programs while managing tax effectiveness, risks, and costs based on the business needs. Design and develop the strategies, technologies to meet the business processes and maximize business model efficiency. Make recommendations to optimize tax technology tools, such as GA Compliance Dashboard, GA Tracker, GA Organizer, GA Calendar, internal deployment of Team Foundation Server and SQL Developer used to develop the GA Suite. Provide specialized training to U.S. tax professionals, particularly high-performing Super-Users, regarding the unique and advanced application of these tools. Collaborate with project leadership and members of the IT team to resolve planning inconsistencies and ensure viable solutions.





  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
  • Eighteen months of experience designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology solutions.
  • Experience must include eighteen months of:
    • Utilizing RPA platforms, including Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath;
    • Driving RPA-COE design and implementations in enterprises and customer care centers;
    • Reviewing process automation to determine process maturity and develop enhanced automation solutions;
    • Utilizing process, objects, work queues, and calculations stages to perform logical operations in UiPath;
    • Identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) technology and establishing commercial-wide RPA programs to deliver software bots in production; and
    • Utilizing technologies, including .NET, Java, JSP, JQuery, XML, SQL Server, C#, Maven, and Hibernate.
  • Experience must include one year of
  • Assisting with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects for automation of different types of Tax applications, including Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), ASP SunGard, GA Tracker, CCH, and SharePoint.
