Work You’ll Do
Help clients develop tax-aligned compensation and benefits programs that address their global and domestic needs. Work with clients to streamline their programs while managing tax effectiveness, risks, and costs. Assist clients with developing the strategies, processes, and technologies that affect their staff and operations on a worldwide scale. Responsible for managing internal resources and works directly with clients to provide expatriate and foreign-national tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients. Review individual income tax returns, conduct US tax law research, manage tax consulting projects, and assist in the administration of company tax programs. Utilize knowledge in expatriate and foreign national tax compliance, tax equalization policy implementation/consulting, and management of international assignee populations of multinational clients. Utilize experience with the individual income tax issues and tax law including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Eighteen months of tax credit experience.
- Experience must include eighteen months of:
- Researching and documenting on individual income tax issues, including taxable remuneration, stock plan compensation deductions, deductions, and credits for individual tax payers;
- Utilizing tax research tools, including BNA and Intela, to provide tax compliance and consulting services;
- Utilizing tax software, including Global Advantage, to track deliverables to clients;
- Assessing client’s income tax projections;
- Preparing and submitting tax notice response on behalf of clients;
- Offering approachable tax experience to no-tax people; and
- Utilizing tax software, including Go System and CCH, to prepare and review tax returns.
