Deloitte Tax LLP seeks a Tax Senior Manager in Dallas, TX.

Work You’ll Do

Define internal and external communications strategies for Deloitte Tax Global Employer Services technology to increase technology product awareness and external market eminence. Work with Deloitte's proprietary software, "Global Advantage" across multiple pillars including Business Travel Analytics, Mobility, Incentives, Immigration and Transformation. Execute aforementioned strategies working with cross functional teams around the world, including Product Owners, Marketing Leads and executive sponsors, including presenting to multiple stakeholders in Pursuit and Client Retention teams. Create plans for business improvement in communications and marketing, introducing new concepts to business leaders and taking responsibility to work with teams and cascade messages of change, including facilitating global webcasts and disseminating messages both verbally and in email campaigns to our 6,000 practitioners globally. Provide coaching to peers and junior team members and participate in regular meetings with six defined junior team members to improve their skills and their contribution to Deloitte. Dissect revenues to determine market gaps and opportunities for Deloitte to target specific organizations and/or industry sectors. Create and maintain structure around marketing and communications processes for global teams. Work alongside pursuit teams to win new business opportunities and increase scope of existing engagements. Craft messaging for RFP responses and assist on client retention engagement teams. Contribute to answers on client queries around technology solutions including security detail and capabilities analysis. Provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.



  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
  • Six years of experience performing client relationship management, including business development and communications.
  • In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept no degree and eight years of experience as stated above.
  • Experience must include six years of:
    • Performing account management, profit and loss (P&L) management, and internal quality control of product development;
    • Liaising with clients, including Fortune 500 firms, on client engagement and product development matters;
    • Developing integrated sales and communications strategies to increase client engagement;
    • Developing and executing business strategies and propositions, increasing plans into additional business segments, and driving profitable growth;
    • Coaching teams to deliver services to clients, developing and rolling out internal training materials for new service offerings, and developing and implementing go-to-market strategies;
    • Performing Project Management Office leadership, including stakeholder management at all level, tracking and reporting revenue specific to service offerings, and identifying additional revenue streams for service offerings; and
    • Developing plans for business improvements through cost reduction, investments, and resource allocations, and responding to RFPs in collaboration with team members.
