Work you’ll do

Working independently, as well as collaborating with a diverse group of talented tax professionals from around the country, as a Tax Delivery Consultant Intern in on our US Delivery team you will work deeply in our tax compliance process, using cutting edge technology tools to meet our clients’ compliance needs and interact with core team members to ensure a seamless compliance process. With a focus on quality, delivery, and execution, daily tasks include preparing tax returns across a broad range of clients, all while developing a specialty in:


Global Employer Services expatriate and high net worth technical matters.  Other duties for our clients include responding to notices, tax compliance projects, and preparing extensions & estimates.  To perform the various duties, you will be required to understand the tax technical issues for expatriate and high net worth individuals and apply professional and tax technical judgement in order to prepare tax compliance deliverables, respond to notices and work on tax compliance projects.


Tax Delivery Consultant interns should be able to:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment on multiple assignments or engagements
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary for collaborating with teams, both onsite and virtual
  • Demonstrate an understanding of broad business & technical tax issues and ability to apply judgement to daily tasks

The team


Our US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel and flexible work schedules during certain months.  Workload expectations vary over the course of the year, with greater workloads expected in peak periods and smaller workloads expected in off-peak periods. Teams are comprised of professionals with technical expertise whose primary responsibilities is tax compliance. 

Tax professionals in our Phoenix/Gilbert, US Delivery Center will serve:

Global Employer Services expatriate and high net worth tax engagements.

Professionals will provide increased knowledge sharing through a collection of best practices to be leveraged by engagement teams, resulting in deeper insights to our clients while maintaining high quality.




  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
