Seeking a highly motivated Human Capital professional to support the OHR Talent Management Team.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Development, collection, analysis, and reporting of data to answer complex ad-hoc queries
- Development of data visualizations (PowerPoint and Tableau)
- Support in advising Deloitte team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of information using databases, spreadsheets, and structured queries of relational databases
- Working with government product owner to develop and prioritize technical requirements, develop testing scripts, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of web applications
Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph is required
- 1-3 years of experience in the business/HR analytics
- Bachelor’s Degree in data analytics or equivalent is required
- Experience with data analytics or data science in a professional or academic setting
- Knowledge of designing, creating, and maintaining data analytics and visualization platforms using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Tableau or Power BI tools
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships with professionalism
- Ability to execute tasks with minimal guidance and supervision
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience with Python or Tableau and Tableau Server
- Experience in engaging with clients, eliciting requirements, and implementing analytics and visualization solutions
- Possession of an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in business development
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
