Work you’ll do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant with a strong focus on Tableau and analytics development to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a role in developing key deliverables, including the development of intuitive dashboards, data repositories, and comprehensive analytics frameworks. This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization, business intelligence, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
The Consultant will be responsible for supporting:
- Tableau Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau wireframes, dashboards, and visualizations to support various business needs.
- Data Insights and Capture: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data requirements and deliver insightful analytics solutions.
- Evaluation Report: Assist in the preparation and analysis of evaluation reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Optimization and Trend Analysis: Conduct initial optimization and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Operating Model and Governance Model: Support the development and implementation of operating and governance models to ensure efficient project execution.

The GPS Analytics and Cognitive (A&C) offering is responsible for developing advanced analytics products and applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data in order to advance and enable the key mission outcomes for our clients. Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience
- DoD Active Secret Security clearance required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other data manipulation languages.
- Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
