PRM Technical Design & Implementation – Senior Consultant

Work you’ll do

Our professionals understand the dynamics of serving complex, global clients across multiple industries, and the importance of increasing transparency around business performance. We provide specialized audit analytics and internal control services for internal and external audit clients along with other services related to financial reporting. To further exploit opportunities and mitigate the risks presented by different markets, we also work with clients to navigate complexities, risks and opportunities presented by third-party relationships.


  • Lead client projects around designing, building, testing, integrating, and implementing third party tools/platforms (such as ServiceNow, Archer, Coupa Risk, Aravo, OneTrust etc).
  • Design functional and technical enhancement requirements to support third-party risk management processes
  • Demonstrate solid functional knowledge of the various TPRM tools (program components) and be able to resolve both functional and technical issues
  • Display hands-on functional and technical system knowledge of the TPRM standard processes and configurations
  • Work and consult with client technical/functional teams to design and invent solutions enhancements to optimize performance
  • Assist in the selection and tailoring of TPRM approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects
  • Assist client in developing practical solutions and achieve better visibility over key components of their third-party risk programs, including various risk domains, leveraging leading vendor platforms or custom-built solutions
  • Create architecture PoV documents to describe the architecture types (app, data, integration, security), purposes, guiding principles, reference architectures, preferred architecture patterns, related technologies, and roles associated with implementing each architecture.
  • Apply smart automation and digital solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services and assist the client in program-wide TPRM platform / tool implementation in the risk management space, including the process requirements design, writing business and functional requirements and testing the platform


  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience with implementing TPRM solutions across the lifecycle (pre-contracting, contracting and post contracting) and an understanding of the associated organizational infrastructure (e.g. relevant internal controls, business processes, governance structures)
  • 3+ years of experience in all of the following:
    • Business process and organizational design (e.g. process mapping, workflows, governance structures across the three lines of defense, process and enterprise level RACIs)
    • Functional design and implementation of TPRM tools and technology solutions
    • Technology configuration and testing (e.g. Process UAT, design of testing scripts and testing plans, etc.)
    • Demonstrated solid functional and technical knowledge of the various TPRM tools program components and be able to resolve both functional and technical issues
  • Experience in change management and/or managed service solution design and implementation a plus 
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management Systems or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
