Work you’ll do
- The Deloitte team is looking for a Systems Engineer who wants to try something a little different. We are looking to add someone to our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team who can wear a few hats.
- First, someone who can help guide our team on best practices for DevOps, Agile Software Development, and general SDLC.
- Second, we are looking for someone who can interact well with our team, manage projects, and be one of our main points of contact with various client organizations.
- Candidates must work well as part of a team, and must have a desire to learn new things.

The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.
Qualifications
Required:- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science or other technical field (or 4 years of equivalent experience)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Some experience with Agile design and delivery
- 5+ years experience in systems engineering, software development, or related experience
- 5+ years experience in agile software development and the software lifecycle
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Experience working within the IC
- Robotic Processing Automation experience (UiPath)
- Experience with Agile/Kanban/DevOps
- Experience with collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to solve complex problems, improve business operations, and manage the complexity inherent with technology change
