Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer Level III will manage the PMO that oversees health IT modernization efforts for a federal client. The SE III will support systems engineering management activities including but not limited to defining requirements (interviewing stakeholders, documenting requirements and workflow process documents, conducting gap analysis, defining to-be state), preparing templates and checklists for EPLC stage gate reviews, developing SOPs for systems engineering processes in compliance with specified standards and best practices, support data strategy and data migration plan development. Analyze compliance with defined SOPs and processes and support PMO performance measure assessment and tracking.

Qualifications
Required
- For all education levels: 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role which must include: involvement of requirements planning phase, data migration design, interoperability design
- PhD with 6+ years of systems engineering experience
- Masters with 8+ years of systems engineering experience
- Bachelors with 10+ years of systems engineering experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
- Experience with SAFe Agile, Agile Enterprise Architecture, ITIL, Health IT
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000-$155,000.
