Work you’ll do
- Identify systems engineering process improvements and enforces the execution of them across the organization.
- Perform engineering functions such as developing operational systems concepts, performing system trade studies, originating design concepts or performing systems level test and integration test for highly complex systems
- Assist to define system requirements and technical specifications for PEO C4I systems
- Work with end users to troubleshoot and fix issues
- Document configuration parameters and workflows
- Ensure systems are properly configured and maintained
- Plan, organize, troubleshoot, and direct the analysis and resolution of complex process and system problems
- Manage test scheduling and operations to ensure deadlines are met
- Apply knowledge of network architectures, computing systems, communications systems and unique hardware aspects of distributed data communications environments for testing sensors using real-time networks

Qualifications
Required:
- An active Top Secret clearance is required to be considered for this role.
- A Master's Degree from an accredited four-year university is required to be considered for this role (there may be allowances for years of experience).
- At least ten (10) or more years of experience providing systems engineering support to a DoN federal program office.
- Familiarity with NAVWAR PEO C4I organizational framework and system acquisition lifecycle.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
