Position Summary


Cross Consulting Campaign Architect, Manager – Deloitte Consulting

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and passionate strategic marketing manager to join our Cross Consulting marketing team to lead campaign design for our Sustainability, Climate & Equity (SC&E) practice.

What you’ll do:

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • In conjunction with the Portfolio Strategist for Cross Consulting and, develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of all marketing activities for specific areas of responsibility
  • Bring innovative thinking and marketing practices to all Consulting marketing activities
  • Support the development of strategic messaging and positioning to differentiate Deloitte and advance awareness of capabilities, offerings, solutions and successes across the broader organization and in the marketplace
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns to differentiate Deloitte. This includes collaborating with internal resources to produce marketing content, and producing material suites over various channels (digital, print, social, video, etc.) to aid with local activation in targeted geographies
  • Implement programs that deliver on annual and quarterly marketing plans to meet business goals and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute agile plans and support tracking of alliance marketing investments
  • Develop strategic briefs (business case) for potential marketing campaigns; drive approval process for campaigns with key leadership
  • Engage other Campaign Architects to coordinate campaign activities and pull in other capabilities, as appropriate
  • Engage Green Dot Agency (internal agency) in execution of campaigns; oversee, in conjunction with Agency, delivery of campaigns
  • Serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, Brand and Green Dot SC&E Marketing and Communications, and the major portfolios and business entities of Consulting
  • Drive messaging and campaign content communication, adoption and integration across Consulting portfolio teams
  • Manage overall marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product/offering launches, major events, and core marketing maintenance activities
  • Help drive and promote premier thought leadership, such as the Global Human Capital Trends report.
  • Bring strategic insight to help support rapid response to emerging and breaking market trends to deploy agile campaigns to reach target audiences and influencers.

Budgeting and Measurement

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets for campaigns
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success
  • Report periodic results and optimize campaigns against data-driven insights

Business Advisor

  • Serve as marketing advisor to key stakeholders within areas of responsibility – assist with articulation of value propositions, develop marketing objectives in support of key priorities and serve as connection point across Deloitte and the firm
  • Work with and advise SC&E business strategists to define audience goals, targeting strategies and deploy engaging tactics

Qualifications

Required

  • Communications professional with a minimum of 8+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, English, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, and / or Business, is required
  • Proven success in developing and executing internal communications strategies / plans for a large business, preferably in professional services
  • Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects / priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—including effective storytelling and presentation skills
  • Strong executive presence and comfort working with and advising senior management
  • Analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and strategies

Preferred

  • Detail-oriented with fantastic follow-through skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a cross-functional, virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and / or professional services a plus
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity
  • Proficient in MS Office suite—including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Drive; knowledge of the latest internal communications measurement platforms a plus

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $219,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
