Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices.
  • Knowledge of PLM assessment and implementations understand dependencies and manage risks.
  • Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, and Change Management.
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope.
  • Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment.
  • Able to work independently with limited oversight.
  • Support strategic communications related to PMO and succession planning.
  • Facilitate and ensure clear communication between executive and client teams.

Qualifications Required

  • 3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic communication plan development and implementation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must be willing to live and work in Lake Mary, FL or Gilbert, AZ
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

  • Prior professional services or consulting experience
  • Experience in supporting executive C-Suite communication and/or senior official communications
