Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Studio Senior Lead, Customer & Marketing, Advertising, Marketing & Commerce in Seattle, WA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING SOLUTIONS THAT ENGAGE AND ACTIVATE CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY. MANAGING DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVE CLIENTS AND SPONSORS. MANAGING AND DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. MANAGING TEAMS IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY CLIENTS; PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. PERFORMING ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH. ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES. PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. SYNTHESIZING OVERALL OPERATIONS STRATEGY BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. SELECTING THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. PARTICIPATING IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOPING WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATING ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFYING CHANGES IN SCOPE. IDENTIFYING AND MITIGATING RISKS IN PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY FOR CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS. ESTIMATING TIME AND RESOURCES NEEDED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT WORK. WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND WATERFALL DESIGN AND UX OF WEB-BASED AND NATIVE APPLICATIONS PROJECT DELIVERY OR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CONSULTING, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, AND ADVERTISING MARKETING AND COMMERCE SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS. INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER REQUIREMENTS AND TRANSLATE THOSE REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT AND CAMPAIGN SOLUTIONS AND DESIGNS TO MEET THEIR NEEDS USING ADOBE PROGRAMS PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, AFTER EFFECTS, AND PREMIERE, AND SKETCH, ZEPPELIN, AND INVISION. DEVELOPING AND COLLABORATING ON ADVERTISING, MARKETING STORYTELLING AND DESIGN STRATEGY IN ORDER TO FACILITATE COLLABORATION OF USER JOURNEYS, MESSAGING FRAMEWORKS, BRAND WORKSHOPS AND CAMPAIGN DESIGN STRATEGY. MONITORING MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING JIRA, BASECAMP, CONFULENCE, TRELLO, SLACK, AND MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCT SUITE. COORDINATING THE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES AND CAPABILITIES OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS. SUPERVISING AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE DESIG OF BRAND BOOKS AND TRAINING MATERIALS FOR BRANDS AND PRODUCTS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION AND UNDERSTANDING WITHIN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS USING INDESIGN, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, POWERPOINT, AND KEYNOTE. SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS, CREATING JOB DESCRIPTIONS, HIRING AND RECRUITING DIGITAL STAFF MEMBERS AND CREATIVE AND CULTURE INITIATIVES. EVALUATING THE VALUE OF CRAFT AND QUALITY ACROSS ALL COMPETENCIES OF DESIGN AND CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Requirements

BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN APPLIED ARTS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT THREE (3) YEARS OF UNIVERSITY STUDY AND SEVEN (7) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE FIVE (5) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND WATERFALL DESIGN AND UX OF WEB-BASED AND NATIVE APPLICATIONS PROJECT DELIVERY OR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CONSULTING, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, AND ADVERTISING MARKETING AND COMMERCE SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS;
