Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a STUDIO LEAD, CUSTOMER & MARKETING, ADVERTISING, MARKETING & COMMERCE in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING SOLUTIONS THAT ENGAGE AND ACTIVATE CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY. DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. PREPARING REPORTS OF FINDINGS, ILLUSTRATING DATA GRAPHICALLY AND TRANSLATING FINDINGS TO CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS. COLLECTING AND ANALYZING DATA ON CUSTOMER DEMOGRAPHICS, PREFERENCES, AND NEEDS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL MARKETS AND FACTORS. USING COMPUTER SOFTWARE TO GENERATE AND DESIGN GRAPHICS TO MEET SPECIFIC COMMERCIAL NEEDS FOR CLIENTS. DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY CLIENTS. PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. PERFORMING ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH. ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES. PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. SELECTING THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, INTERPRETING, AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. PARTICIPATING IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOPING WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATING ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFYING CHANGES IN SCOPE. DRIVING INNOVATIVE AND TRANSFORMATIVE SOLUTIONS CLIENTS THAT ADDRESS THEIR NEXT GENERATIONAL NEEDS. CONDUCTING DETAILED ANALYSES IN FOCUSED SPECIALTY AREAS TO DRAW CONCLUSIONS, AND DEVELOPING PERTINENT AND INSIGHTFUL RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON STRUCTURED FRAMEWORKS. ANALYZING DIGITAL PLATFORMS AND THEIR ABILITY TO ENGAGE USERS FROM DIFFERENT DEMOGRAPHICS, AS WELL AS THE RISK POTENTIAL FOR NEGATIVE USER EXPERIENCE. PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION TO CORPORATE CLIENTS ON THE PRODUCT ENGAGEMENT OF DIVERSE CONSUMERS PROVIDING ANALYTICAL INSIGHT INTO THE NEEDS OF CONSUMERS WITH DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS AND PERSPECTIVES. CREATING CLEAR, EFFECTIVE, AND DETAILED DELIVERABLE CONTENT, INCLUDING WRITTEN, VISUAL, AND ORAL DELIVERABLES, WHICH ARE INFORMED BY RESEARCH, ANALYTICS, AND CLIENT MEETINGS.

Requirements

MASTERS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN ARTS, GRAPHIC DESIGN OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: CREATING ORIGINAL BRAND AND ADVERTISING CONCEPTS, IDEAS, AND VISUALS TOGETHER WITH COPYWRITERS; CREATING SOCIAL-DRIVEN CAMPAIGNS FOR MAJOR HOUSEHOLD BRANDS; CREATING PRINT ADS APPEARING IN PROMINENT PUBLICATIONS; USING VISUAL CONCEPTING SKILLS TOGETHER WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR AND INDESIGN) TO BUILD AND CREATE MARKETING ARTWORK AND CONCEPTUAL COMMUNICATIONS; USING ADOBE AFTER EFFECTS AND PREMIERE TO CREATE ORIGINAL VIDEOS AND ANIMATIONS; DEVELOPING AND DESIGNING CORPORATE IDENTITY SYSTEMS FOR MAJOR BRANDS AND AGENCIES.
