Work you’ll do
Assist with establishing and maintaining a process to manage the project, including managing tasks and resources, tracking and reporting project progress, and any other strategic communications project-related activities to include: internal communications team support, external communications support, and conference and outreach team support. Support needed in the following areas:
– Perform necessary administrative and operational activities to facilitate Broadcast Messaging Process
– Provide assistance in preparation for agency’s responses to external inquiries
– Provide logistical support and material creation for agency All Hands & Town Halls
– Create, execute, and maintain communications plans
– Coordinate messaging and delivery for cross-marketing and content-sharing with agency components
– Work with Conference and Outreach Team, develop processes and coordinate strategic outreach to stakeholder groups
– Develop and maintain agency presentation materials
– Support conference and event attendance
– Coordinate with Training Team to enhance and develop training presentations for external stakeholders
– Virtual participation for hosted events
– Develop a process and coordinate strategic outreach to internal and external stakeholder groups

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field
- 5 years or more of professional strategic communications experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work remotely with some travel to client sites based on stakeholder needs
Preferred:
- Prior management consulting experience
