Our HR Transformation AMS team focuses on helping our clients realize the true value of their HCM transformations by first creating the right solutions to maintain and support their investment.

The HR Transformation team
At Deloitte Consulting LLP, helping our clients exploit new technologies like employee engagement tools, advanced workforce planning and analytics we empower HR to better support the business and create value. HR organizations now reduce costs and improve operating effectiveness through process improvements, shared services, outsourcing and employee self-service, but that’s only part of the story, we also help them to drive the value this delivers and help the business achieve its strategic objectives in performance and growth. Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their capacity and needs to ensure continued success and effective usage of HCM Cloud packages
  • Engage in proactive suggestions for optimization and apply creative thinking to solving problems. 
  • Engage with Deloitte’s HR Transformation offerings and understand our key messages to bring additional value to clients.
  • Share your knowledge of HCM Cloud packages as you lead your team through the sales and solutioning process to formulate the best plan to drive client goals forward post implementation
  • Lead teams to design and define the scope resulting in efficient and effective pricing and resource planning.
  • Mobilize and manage engagement teams as well as define deliverable structure and content.
  • Conduct presentations of professional services solutions to client executives.
  • Organize and lead pursuit teams to increase business development specific to proposal development, pricing strategies, and proof of contact deliverables.
  • Mentor, counsel and coach teams to achieve personal career development goals.
  • Conduct resource planning and lead project staffing recruitment/retention activities.
  • Conduct cloud project analysis and provide efficient forecast of all cloud project directives and timelines.
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and manage end-to-end concurrent cloud projects.

 

What you’ll do:
Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with requirements analysis related to post-production support services
  • 10+ years of strong experience constructing and writing solutions and driving response to RFP for Cloud based solutions or similar HCM packages, including independently creating and driving pricing models and staffing plans
  • Exceptional experience leading and managing teams through delivery including escalations to ensure the highest possible quality of service
  • Experience executing and driving AMS projects
  • Experience leading teams across geographies, both national and international
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Travel up to 20% (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
  • Consulting firm experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of HCM Cloud functionalities Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing).
