Work you’ll do 

  • Responsible for supporting the development of a knowledge management repository
  • Maintain and support training materials on SharePoint
  • Provide support by developing training materials and supporting train-the-trainer activities for a suite of applications

Qualifications 

Required:  

  • Bachelor's degree OR 7 years of comparable work experience
  • 3+ years of experience providing specialized training to customers
  • Experience working independently and with teams to identify training needs across an organization
  • Experience researching new training methods, identifying if the organization would benefit from any of the new training or training methods
  • Experience measuring individual performance and organization's growth as a result of training
  • Experience with Performance Analysis (KPI)
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
  • Experience working in a learning and development organization
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience
  • Experience in virtual-based training 
  • Willingness to obtain a Polygraph test
  • Must have an active TS/SCI
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future.  

 

Preferred: 

  • Prior experience developing and delivering training, using PowerPoint, and using SharePoint as a document repository is highly desired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organization are highly desired
