Work you’ll do

  • Perform Risk Management Framework (RMF) Validation of security controls for Program Executive Office Manpower Logistics and Business Solutions (PEO MLB).
  • Support RMF packages for authorizing modernized logistics systems for the Navy including AWS GovCloud hosted Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Containerized applications.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Five (5) or more years of cybersecurity/IA experience and directly supporting RMF package development
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in using DoD tools and capabilities for vulnerability assessments and compliance reporting (eMASS, ACAS, STIGs, SRGs, HBSS, and ESS).
  • Experience with NIST SP 800-53 Security Control Implementation
  • Must meet IAT-III certification (CISSP or equivalent) or be able to do so within 6 months
  • Level III Navy Qualified Validator is highly desired, but will consider a Level II Navy Qualified Validator with significant cyber experience

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Jersey City, Nevada, New York City, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,000 to $171,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
