Specialist - Strategic Client Management

We are looking for a Specialist - Strategic Client Management to join the HCaaS team, specifically in the Asset Strategy and Innovation group. This person is responsible for the overall development, direction, and management of a strategic client relationship. This includes creating and developing new business opportunities with existing and new transitioning clients. This person also develops/cultivates senior level relationships with start-up type organizations ultimately leading to a more robust relationship with opportunity to build an investment case.

In addition, this person will work in our Strategy and Innovation team and be expected to work closely with Asset Management, Asset Development and many other consulting stakeholders, building trusted relationships with Deloitte colleagues and stakeholders and contributing to innovation strategy activities and execution.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         5+ Yrs experience building data driven business cases for investment or critical decision making

     Strong stakeholder communication and engagement experience, Able to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple stakeholders and projects to meet timelines and requirements

·         Experience and interest in corporate innovation and product development

·         Creative problem solver comfortable with ambiguity with bold ideas that need structure and rigor to progress

·         Exceptional organizational skills to track progress and milestones across multiple projects at a given time

·         Able to identify areas of continuous improvement and innovation to aid in overall business development and growth

·         Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience required

Preferred:

·         Knowledgeable of Agile product strategy and Lean Start-Up business strategy

·         Familiar with Lean Start up business strategy and execution

·         Consulting and/or Product Development experience
