Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Master in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DRIVING BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION, ON-GOING OPERATIONS, AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE FULL SUITE OF SAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, IMPLEMENT TECHNOLOGY, AND CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE MANAGING TEAMS IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, AND DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY CLIENTS. PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AND IDENTIFYING GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. ESTIMATING TIME AND RESOURCES NEEDED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT WORK. DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, PROCESSING DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, TESTING CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. CREATING PROJECT CHARTERS, SCHEDULES, AND PLANS, DEFINING PROJECT TASKS, ALLOCATING RESOURCES, AND MONITOR PROJECT PROGRESS. WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND HYBRID AGILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLES (SDLC) FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, DEPLOYMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF SAP SALES AND DISTRIBUTION (SD) AND MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE (MDG) SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS IN THE MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRIES. ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING SAP SOLUTION MANAGER (SOLMAN). INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZE CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATE REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT FULLY MEET CLIENT NEEDS USING PROJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS (PDD) AND REQUIREMENT TRACEABILITY MATRIX (RTM). USING ARCHITECTURE OF INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS (ARIS), SAP SOLUTION MANAGER, SAP S/4 AND SAP MDG TO SUPPORT, PARTICIPATE IN AND LEAD THE DESIGN AND DEPLOYMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS. COORDINATING THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES OF ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE THE TIMELY AND QUALITY COMPLETION OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES. USING HP APPLICATION LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (ALM) TO SUPPORT, PERFORM AND OVERSEE UNIT TESTING, INTEGRATION TESTING, REGRESSION TESTING AND USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT) TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS. DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS AND TRAINING USING SAP ENABLE NOW AND UPERFORM TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION, AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS. SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFPS).

Requirements

MASTER'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD, AND THREE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD AND FIVE YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND HYBRID AGILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLES FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, DEPLOYMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF SAP SALES AND DISTRIBUTION (SD) AND MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE (MDG) SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS IN THE MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRIES;
  • ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING SAP SOLUTION MANAGER (SOLMAN);
