Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks Specialist Master, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Austin, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects including development and implementation services to address business

needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing SAP products. Manage and deliver components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, developing strategies to increase the company's profitability; design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth.

Requirements

Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM degree, or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressively responsible related work experience. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Utilizing methodologies including Accelerated SAP (ASAP), SAP Activate, Agile, and Hybrid Agile to lead information technology projects by providing developing and implementation services to address Core Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Controlling and Enterprise Performance Management Solutions
  • Managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with key decision makers;
  • Utilizing SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP HANA, SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and SAP Business Objects Tools Suite: Web Intelligence (Webi), Analysis for Office (AO) and Data Services (BODS) and building custom applications using SAP ABAP, SQLScript, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), SAP HANA, SAP Web IDE, SAP Fiori and SAP ABAP CDS (Core Data Services), utilizing ASAP, SAP Activate, Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies to lead full life cycle implementations;
  • Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures;
  • Tracking application defects, and managing defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution details, utilizing HP Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) and ServiceNow;
  • Managing business development initiatives, including proposal development and contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies, and developing statement of work and client proposals and managing deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for industry clients using ASAP, SAP Activate, Agile, and Hybrid Agile methodologies;
  • Conducting training sessions to facilitate SAP systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides; and
  • Managing business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions for Finance transformation.
