Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Master, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Pleasanton, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

MANAGE AND DELIVER COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES; RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, MANAGING TEAMS IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. PARTICIPATE AND LEAD ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. SELECT THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. PARTICIPATE IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOP WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, AND COORDINATE ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFYING CHANGES IN SCOPE. PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE FULL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, WHICH INCLUDES REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, APPLICATION CONFIGURATION DESIGN, BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS, SCRIPTING, CODE DEPLOYMENTS, ENHANCEMENT VALIDATION, TRIAGE OF DEFECTS AND CHANGE REQUESTS, ESCALATIONS AND URGENT ISSUES. DEFINE SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOP SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN, PROTOTYPE, AND TEST CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. DEVELOP DASHBOARD WIREFRAMES AND DESIGN REQUIREMENTS BASED ON DISCUSSION WITH AN UNDERSTANDING OF TECHNICAL AND VISUAL DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS. CREATE TEST CASES AND PERFORMING FUNCTIONAL, NON-FUNCTIONAL, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, BLACK-BOX, WHITE-BOX, AND END-TO-END TESTING OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS.

Requirements

MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • MANAGING THE OVERALL PROJECT STRATEGY BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS AND MEETING SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS UTILIZING SAP SALES AND DISTRIBUTION (SD), SAP MATERIALS MANAGEMENT (MM), AND SAP PROJECT SYSTEMS (PS);
  • MANAGING DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVES AND SPONSORS AND DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS;
  • PARTICIPATING IN ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES, UTILIZING SAP SD, SAP MM, AND SAP PS;
  • PERFORMING ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH, ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES;
  • EVALUATING THE TECHNOLOGY NEEDS OF AN ORGANIZATION, DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE COMPANY'S PROFITABILITY AND ROIS, AND DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING PLANS TO COMPLY WITH LEGISLATION AND ENSURE BUSINESS GROWTH UTILIZING SAP SD, SAP MM, AND SAP PS;
  • WORKING ACROSS PHASES OF THE AGILE, ACTIVATE AND ASAP METHODOLOGIES INCLUDING PREPARATION, DESIGN/BUSINESS BLUEPRINTS, TESTING, CUT-OVER, GO-LIVE, HYPERCARE AND POST GO-LIVE SUPPORT OF SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS UTILIZING SAP SD, SAP MM, AND SAP PS;
  • DEVELOPING INTEGRATION STRATEGY AND ARCHITECTURE RECOMMENDATIONS INCLUDING INTEGRATING SAP AND NON-SAP APPLICATIONS IN THE CLIENTS LANDSCAPE LEVERAGING INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES IN SAP SD, SAP MM, AND SAP PS;
  • LEADING LARGE-SCALE SAP IMPLEMENTATIONS ACROSS ORGANIZATIONS GLOBALLY, DRIVING PROGRAM GOVERNANCE, AND MANAGING CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS;
  • INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS IN PROCESS WORKSHOPS DURING THE DESIGN PROCESS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZE CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, IDENTIFY BUSINESS PROCESSES, DOCUMENT PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS IN GOOGLE ARIS AND MICROSOFT VISIO UTILIZING SAP SD, SAP MM, AND SAP PS, AND PREPARE BUSINESS BLUEPRINT DOCUMENTS; AND
  • LEADING THE QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) FOR CLIENT DELIVERABLES INCLUDING FUNCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENTS, TECHNICAL DESIGN DOCUMENTS, FIT VS GAP ANALYSIS, TEST PLAN, TEST SCRIPTS PER BUSINESS SPECIFICATIONS AND AGREED TIMELINES, UTILIZING HP ALM AND HPQC.
