Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Master, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

 

Work You’ll Do 

DRIVING BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND ON-GOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE FULL SUITE OF SAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. MANAGING DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVE CLIENTS AND SPONSORS. DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT TECHNOLOGY AND CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. IDENTIFYING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGNING, PROCESS DESIGNING (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, AND DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY CLIENTS. PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AND IDENTIFYING GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, PROCESSING DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. CREATING PLANS TO MITIGATE RISKS AND ISSUES OVER THE COURSE OF THE PROJECT AND MANAGING THE SCOPE USING CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES. COMMUNICATING WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO PROVIDE ACCURATE REPORTING AND INFORMATION SHARING REGARDING THE ONGOING PROJECT ACTIVITIES, RISKS AND INITIATIVES.

Requirements 

MASTERS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE THE EMPLOYER IS WILLING TO ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH: WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE, HYBRID AGILE, WATERFALL, AND SAP ACTIVATE METHODOLOGY, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) OR PROJECT DELIVERY LIFECYCLE FOR DESIGNING, DEVELOPING, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTING SAP S/4HANA (ON-PREM/CLOUD), SAP PROCESS INTEGRATION/CLOUD PLATFORM INTEGRATION (PI/CPI), SAP ADVANCED BUSINESS APPLICATION PROGRAMMING (ABAP), SAP FIORI, SAP MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE (MDG), ANALYTICAL REPORTING, SAP HANA MODELING AND INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT) SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS; CONDUCTING BLUEPRINTING AND FIT-GAP ANALYSIS WORKSHOPS WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS GATHERING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS USING SAP READINESS CHECK, SAP SOLUTION MANAGER (SOLMAN), AGILE MANAGER, MICROSOFT TEAM FOUNDATION SERVER (MS TFS) AND TABLEAU; USING S/4HANA, SAP FIORI, SAP PI, ABAP, WORKFLOW, SAP UI5, FLOOR PLAN MANAGER (FPM), HANA MODELING, HANA STUDIO, SAP WEB INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT (IDE), SAP CLOUD CONNECTOR, AND SAP MDG TECHNICAL EXPERTISE FOR DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS;  TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATING UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING AGILE MANAGER, TFS, MS PROJECT, SOLMAN, DEVELOPMENT TRACKER, HP APPLICATION LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT (ALM) AND TFS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF PROJECT-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES; COORDINATING PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS USING SAP ABAP, SAP BUSINESS RULE FRAMEWORK+ (BRF+), SAP PI/CPI, HANA, SAP FIORI, WORKFLOW, SAP MODULES AND MDG; SUPPORTING AND PERFORMING TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL UNIT, INTEGRATION, PERFORMANCE AND USER ACCEPTANCE TESTINGS (UAT) TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS; SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT, RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS, SALES DEMO, PROTOTYPING AND PRESENTATION.
