Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Master, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DRIVING BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND ON-GOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE FULL SUITE OF SAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. MANAGING AND DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT TECHNOLOGY AND CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENTS. PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFYING GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, PROCESSING DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. MANAGING TEAMS IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, PROCESS DESIGN (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. CREATING PROJECT CHARTERS, SCHEDULES, AND PLANS, DEFINING PROJECT TASKS, ALLOCATING RESOURCES AND MONITORING PROJECT PROGRESS. MANAGING THE SERVICE TRANSITION FROM ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) IMPLEMENTATION TEAM TO APPLICATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES TEAM AND COORDINATING WITH OFFSHORE COUNTERPARTS. ESTABLISHING THE OVERALL REPORTING STRUCTURE AND COLLABORATING WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT TO SET-UP THE OVERALL PROCESS FOR TRACKING THE METRICS OF INCIDENTS AND ENHANCEMENTS, AND VALUE ENHANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES. PERFORMING ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH AND ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES.

Requirements

MASTERS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF AGILE AND WATERFALL PROJECT DELIVERY AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS; ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING SAP S4 HANA, SOLUTION MANAGER (SOLMAN), SERVICENOW, HP APPLICATION LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (ALM), AND SHAREPOINT; INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS; USING SAP S4, FIORI, AGILE, LEGACY SYSTEM MIGRATION WORKBENCH (LSMW), BATCH DATA COMMUNICATION (BDC), BUSINESS APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE (BAPI), APPLICATION PROGRAM INTERFACE (API), AND SOLMAN TO SUPPORT THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS; TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLES STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (PMP), GANTT CHARTS, MS PROJECT, AND FLOWCHARTS; USING HP ALM, SMARTBEAR, AND SERVICENOW TO SUPPORT UNIT, DISCRETE, STRING, INTEGRATION, REGRESSION, AND USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS; DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS AND TRAINING FOR SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS USING MATERIAL MANAGEMENT (MM), WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (WM), BUSINESS PROCESS INTERGRATION (BPI), AND PMP.
