Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Master, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in Cleveland, OH and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

 

Work You’ll Do 

Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and deliver components of engagements; improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems and reimagine their business with Oracle digital solutions. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote Oracle knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements 

Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and three (3) years of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing and implementing supply chain transformation - Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Applications (OFA) solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using Fit-Gap Framework, Microsoft (MS) Visio and PowerPoint;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in gathering functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs using Oracle Manufacturing Solution Print, Fit-Gap framework, and Project Estimation and Project Planning tools;
  • Using Oracle Manufacturing Solution Print, Fit-Gap Framework, BR100 (Configuration Workbook) to support and participate in the design and development of project solutions;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders using Project Management Center of Excellence (PM COE) and Requirements Traceability Tool;
  • Coordinating the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables;
  • Using Test Script Generation, HP Quality Center (HPQC) and Requirements Traceability Tool to support and perform Functional Unit Testing, System Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and
  • Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPS).
  • 80% Travel required nationally.
