Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Master, Customer & Marketing, Digital Customer in McLean, VA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

IDENTIFY BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED IN FUNCTIONAL DESIGN AND TECHNICAL SOLUTION. PROVIDE CREATIVE ARCHITECTURE AND DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS TO HELP THE BUSINESS. MANAGE AND DIRECT TEAM OF SALESFORCE DEVELOPERS AND BUSINESS ANALYSTS TO DEVELOP AND OPERATE SOLUTIONS. PARTICIPATE IN THE FULL APPLICATION LIFE CYCLE FROM PROTOTYPES, PROCESS DESIGN INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGN AND FLOW MAPPING, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, DEPLOYMENT OF SALESFORCE.COM AND FORCE.COM FRAMEWORK. ENABLE CLIENT SOLUTIONS USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES INCLUDING THE WEB AND MOBILE. MANAGE AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF WEB SERVICES API INTEGRATIONS WITH OTHER SYSTEMS INCLUDING SALESFORCE.COM, ELOQUA, CPQ, SAP AND ANY LEGACY SYSTEM. FUNCTION AS LIAISON WITH THE CLIENT TO ADVICE, DESIGN, IMPLEMENT, AND DEPLOY PORTAL SOLUTIONS. PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PORTAL ARCHITECTURES, FUNCTIONAL COMPONENTS, INTERFACES, AND PROCESSES. PROVIDE TRANSACTIONAL SOLUTIONS RELATED TO ONLINE MARKETING, SALES AND SERVICES FOR DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER AND BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INCLUDING CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT, LEAD MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER MASTER, OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT, QUOTING AND PROPOSAL (CPQ), ORDER MODULE, CASE MANAGEMENT, HEALTH CLOUD, IVR, COMPUTER TELEPHONY INTERFACE(CTI) INTEGRATION, LIVE AGENT, LIVE CHAT, ASSET MANAGEMENT, INTEGRATION TO BUSINESS SYSTEM. PROVIDE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT LEADERSHIP AND BEST PRACTICE GUIDANCE FOR SFDC AND CPQ SOLUTIONS.

Requirements

REQUIRES A MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: DEVELOPING SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE FOR ENTERPRISE GRADE SOLUTIONS USING SALESFORCE TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS FOR THE SALES, SERVICE AND MARKETING ORGANIZATIONS; PARTICIPATING IN PROOF OF CONCEPT (POC) CONFIGURATION FOR STANDARD & CUSTOM CRM FUNCTIONALITIES, INCLUDING SECURITY STRUCTURE, DATA MODEL, INTEGRATION WITH ERP, AND OTHER EXTERNAL MDM OR FIELD SERVICE SYSTEMS; BUILDING DATA MIGRATION AND INTEGRATION STRATEGIES TO INTEGRATE SALESFORCE WITH EXISTING APPLICATIONS (INCLUDING ORACLE, SAP AND MDM) AND OTHER CLOUD-BASED SOLUTIONS (INCLUDING OUTLOOK, BIG MACHINES, ELOQUA, SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD, CTI SOLUTIONS, AND OTHER APPEXCHANGE PACKAGES); PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO DEVELOPERS AND AS NECESSARY, PERFORMING HANDS-ON DEVELOPMENT OF CUSTOM PROGRAMS AND INTERFACES; PREPARING AND LEADING DISCOVERY SESSIONS RELATED TO LEAD MANAGEMENT, CONTENT MANAGEMENT, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT, OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT, FORECASTING, QUOTA MANAGEMENT, COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT, CONFIGURE PRICE QUOTE, RENEWAL, AND AMENDMENT WITH THE BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS TO CAPTURE KEY INFORMATION FOR PREPARATION OF ESTIMATION AND BLUEPRINT PHASE; DEVELOPING APEX CLASSES, APEX TRIGGERS, INTEGRATION WEB SERVICE DESCRIPTION LANGUAGE (WSDL), VISUAL FORCE PAGES, CUSTOM COMPONENTS, AND LIGHTNING COMPONENTS TO IMPROVE USER EXPERIENCE RELATED TO SALES AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT; O INTEGRATING SALESFORCE WITH ERP SYSTEMS INCLUDING SAP, NETSUITE, AND UNISON; INTEGRATING SALESFORCE WITH ETL TOOLS INCLUDING MULESOFT AND INFORMATICA TO PROVIDE SYSTEM AUTOMATION AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT; UNDERSTANDING & DESIGNING SECURITY AND ACCESS IN SALESFORCE USING ROLES, PROFILES, PERMISSION SET, SHARING RULES AND APEX; AND CREATING AND DOCUMENTING THE DATA STRUCTURE, DATA FLOW, PROCESS FLOW, AND SEQUENCE DIAGRAM USING UML DESIGNING SOFTWARE INCLUDING VISIO AND OMNIGRAFFLE.
