Deloitte Consulting LLP  seeks a SOLUTION SPECIALIST, HUMAN CAPITAL, HUMAN CAPITAL AS A SERVICE in Gilbert, AZ  and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

PERFORM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO ADDRESS BUSINESS NEEDS, UTILIZING SAP PRODUCTS. GATHER SAP PROJECT REQUIREMENTS FROM THE BUSINESS, PERFORM CURRENT STATE SYSTEM ANALYSIS, DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS AND CREATE TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT. TRANSLATE SAP SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS INTO FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, INCLUDING THE USE OF OBJECT-ORIENTED ANALYSIS AND DESIGN TECHNIQUES; CREATE SCREEN MOCKUPS AND UI STORYBOARDS AND CONDUCT SESSIONS TO FINALIZE SYSTEM DESIGN. DESIGN, CONFIGURE, TEST, AND SUPPORT SAP BUSINESS MODULES TO DEVELOP TECHNICAL OBJECTS, INCLUDING MODULE AND REPORTS. BUILD CONFIGURE AND MONITOR INTERFACES TO INTEGRATE SAP BUSINESS MODULES WITH 3RD PARTY SYSTEMS. DEVELOP DASHBOARD WIREFRAMES AND DESIGN REQUIREMENTS WITH AN UNDERSTANDING OF TECHNICAL AND VISUAL DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS. CREATE TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING SCREEN LAYOUTS, NAVIGATION FLOWS, LOGIC DIAGRAMS, DATA MODELS, PROCESS MODELS, AND PSEUDO CODE, TO BE USED FOR APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT. TRACK APPLICATION DEFECTS USING DEFECT TRACKING TOOLS; COORDINATE DEFECT RESOLUTION EFFORTS, AND DOCUMENT RESOLUTION DETAILS. DESIGN SUB-COMPONENTS OF LARGER APPLICATION SYSTEMS; INTEGRATE THE APPLICATIONS WITH EACH OTHER AND CONTINUOUSLY OPTIMIZING THE SYSTEM STRUCTURE TO IMPROVE STABILITY AND PERFORMANCE.

Requirements 

BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD. ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST HAVE ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE WITH:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND WATERFALL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SAP HUMAN CAPITAL SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS
  • ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESS AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING SAP SOLUTION MANAGER (SOLMAN);
  • INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT FULLY MEET CLIENT NEEDS USING SAP SOLUTION MANAGER (SOLMAN); 
  • USING SAP HUMAN RESOURCES ADVANCED BUSINESS APPLICATION PROGRAMMING (HR ABAP) , SAP ADVANCED BUSINESS APPLICATION PROGRAMMING (ABAP), SAP PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION (PA), SAP ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT (OM), SAP PAYROLL, SAP TIME, SAP EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE (EES), SAP MANAGER SELF-SERVICE (MSS), SAP TRAVEL EXPENSE MANAGEMENT, SAP WEBDYNPRO, SAP WORKFLOW, SAP PAYROLL PROCESSING CONFIGURATION, SAP INTERFACE INTEGRATION, SAP CLOUD PLATFORM (CPI) INTEGRATION, SHAREPOINT, VISIO, AND DELL BOOMI TO SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATE IN THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS;
  • TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING SHAREPOINT AND HP ALM;
  • COORDINATING THE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES OF ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE THE TIMELY AND QUALITY COMPLETION OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES;
  • PREPARE THE PROJECT PLAN USING MS PROJECT TO DETERMINE THE PROJECT REQUIREMENTS, CREATE A HIGH-LEVEL PROJECT PLAN, SCHEDULE, ASSIGNING RESOURCES TO TASKS, TRACKING PROGRESS, MANAGING CUTOVER PROJECT PLAN AND ANALYZING WORKLOADS;
  • USING HP ALM AND UNIFIED FUNCTIONAL TESTING (UFT) TO SUPPORT, PERFORM AND OVERSEE UNIT TESTING, FUNCTIONAL TESTING, REGRESSION TESTING AND USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS;
  • DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS, DEMONSTRATIONS, AND TRAINING FOR SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS USING MS VISIO, MS POWERPOINT AND ADVANCED EXCEL;
  • SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS USING SAP SOLUTION MANAGER (SOLMAN) AND SAP CHARM
  • 15% Travel required nationally.
