Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.


Work You’ll Do

Responsible for Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) in SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance (MDG). Analyze, identify root causes, and design solutions for continuous improvement of business functionality to reduce the number of incidents in specific areas within specified SLA (Service-Level Agreement) time. Handle Change Requests (CRs) for business requirements by reviewing Business Requirement Document (BRD), preparing Solution Level Design (SLD) document, and communicating with Global Process Owners (GPOs). Conduct functional walkthrough for Technical team on functional changes and technical enhancements of global CRs, and coordinate with technical counterparts to perform data mapping activities of the system and Integration testing. Drive business meetings with member firms regularly for prioritization of incidents and for implementation of scheduled deployments based on priority. Support offshore team through knowledge sharing sessions on new business functionalities and relaying issues raised through daily incidents tracker. Responsible for Service Desk activities involving routing tickets to the right team and providing appropriate solutions within SLA times.

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (Any), or a related field and one (1) year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have one (1) year of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Performing requirement analysis, configuration, master data creation and validation, technical go-live preparation, and post-implementation support for end-to-end full life cycle implementation of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module;
  • Documenting gap analysis and configuring functional design and IMG (Implementation Guide) documents on SAP Solution Manager (SolMan);
  • Facilitating integration between interfaces and third-party applications using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)/IDoc (Intermediate Document) (EDI 850, EDI 855, EDI 860, EDI 856 and EDI 810), SAP Business Application Programming Interface (BAPIs) and SAP Remote Function Call (RFCs);  
  • Addressing client innovative business needs using Copy Routine, Smart Forms, scripts and custom RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements);
  • Driving efficiency through participating in credit management, third party, intercompany and consignment sales processes, pricing, condition exclusion, scheduling agreements, rush orders, and returns business processes;
  • Designing complex automation flow for intercompany STO (Stock Transport Orders) business process by creating SAP Purchase Order across multiple systems of client existing landscape to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency; 
  • Designing and configuring SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori development in SAP MDM (Master Data Management) and MDG (Master Data Governance, using Agile methodology;
  • Reinventing business models and connecting with customers through channels such as web-based interfaces and customer’s personalized applications for seamless sales & supply chain processes, to deliver value in a digital, networked economy; 
  • Defining business rules through BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus) workflow process flows’ comprehensive API (application programming interface) and UI (user interface);
  • Developing unit and integration test scripts in HPQC (Quality Center) and HP ALM (Application Life Cycle Management); and
  • Preparing end user training documents on new enhancements to the existing business functionalities, training end users, and helping their UAT (user acceptance testing) on new enhancements.
