Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, Customer and Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

Work You’ll Do 

Develop cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, as well as Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Enable end-to-end journey from sandbox environments to production including design, and development within the following focus areas such as User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX) design, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes, custom development, MuleSoft Integration and APIs (Application Programming Interface), hosting applications on Cloud, data refresh and migration, Cloud infrastructure, engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Convert legacy data according to current systems data structure using data warehouse concepts, design conversion strategies, and map rules between legacy data and the current system database to facilitate data conversion. Research user reported issues with software applications, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Create technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and Pseudo code, to be used for application development. Track application defects using defect-tracking tools, coordinate defect resolution efforts, and document resolution details. design sub-components of larger application systems, integrate the applications, and continuously optimize the system structure to improve stability and performance.

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any) or a related field and one (1) year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have one (1) year of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Utilizing salesforce to configure applications and data model and customize built-in Salesforce capabilities using JAVA programming framework via Apex, Visualforce, triggers, Javascript, scheduled and batch classes;
  • Developing technical specifications and solutions to manage data processing, compliance, and creating an integrated experience for users by utilizing Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Einstein Analytics;
  • Collaborating with Business Analysts to gather requirements and implementing automation of complex business processes for State Licensure Boards using Salesforce CRM Capabilities;
  • Developing unit and API testing, and tracking application defects using defect management tools ServiceNow, Microsoft (MS) Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Jira;
  • Utilizing programming techniques of APEX, Batch Apex and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) in Java to create a robust, standardized and integrated system for end-users; and
  • Building object triggers and utilizing data processing capabilities of Bulk API to automate data updates and reporting.
