Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Mechanicsburg, PA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Transform how clients deliver services to customers. Deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies. Partner with clients to transofrm service delivery to those most in need. Perform assessments of existing information systems, and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, process design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing of software applications. Create project charters, schedules, and plans, define project tasks, allocate resources and monitor project progress. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Create technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development.

Requirements 

Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field, and one ( 1) year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have one (1) years of related work experience involving each of the following: oLeveraging Agile and Waterfall methodologies to work across all phases of the project delivery and software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of Web-based and Mobile-based applications solutions for enterprise-level clients; oAnalyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments; oInterfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver Web or Mobile solutions that fully meet client needs using JIRA, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Management (MTM); oUsing Mobile Application testing in iOS and Android to support, participate in, and lead the design and development of project solutions; oTracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using JIRA, TFS, MTM, Test Rail, HP Quality Centre, Radar, JIRA and Test Complete; oUsing JIRA, TFS, MTM, Appium, Xcode and Android SDK to support, perform, and oversee Functional, Integration, System, Performance, Usability, Regression and Backend testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; oDesigning and delivering user manuals and training for Web Application or Mobile solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments using Test Rail, HP Quality Centre, JIRA, Test complete, Appium, Xcode and Android.
