Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Act as focal point and assist with Integrated Eligibility (IE) solution to pre-screen applicants, determine eligibility for various programs under Department of Social Services, and report changes to accounts. Deliver test estimations, test strategies and resource allocation for Quality Assurance deliverables throughout requirement analysis, test design, execution, and defect stages. Create and maintain Traceability Matrix that covers the traceability between Functional and Non-Functional requirements, User and System requirements, by testing automation and correcting defects to meet standards. Create users with different roles and implement role hierarchies, sharing rules and record level permissions to provide shared access among different roles in application. Perform Functional, GUI, Sanity, database, regression, UAT, Module level and system testing, and manage integration testing between internal and external applications, among multiple interfaces. Manage the defects in JIRA and overall test management in JAMA; own the daily defect triage calls and resolution processes with developers, project team and business stakeholders. Assess manual test coverage and plan to coordinate the creation of such automated tests as web UI, REST API, proprietary API. Assist with the development and integration of design tests, execution and debugging, analysis of coverage to baseline requirements, and inclusion of automated test suite into proprietary framework. Create script automation using Qualitia and Selenium IDE, prepare scripts for generation of HTML reports using TestNG, and integrate Selenium Grid with Hudson Server for user interface and browser compatibility. Create performance test scripts and configuration by utilizing testing tools, including HP Performance center, Load Runner, and Iliad Stress, to gather and analyze performance results and project metrics.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field. One year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have one year of experience with:

  •         Gathering requirements, designing test cases and documenting test results by utilizing JAMA, to specify and outline processes;
  •         Preparing resource forecast and estimating test efforts, by utilizing Use Case Points (UCP) and Function Point Analysis (FPA) techniques;
  •         Implementing Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes and performing test planning, case management, defect analysis, traceability, and code coverage using Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), JAMA, and JIRA;
  •         Performing GUI and Functional Validations, Regression Scenarios, Usability and System Tests against deployed software, and performing Positive and Negative Testing to ensure appropriate user authentication and validate application software on Web and Windows platforms;
  •         Testing Application Program Interfaces (APIs) using tools SOAP UI and Postman;
  •         Writing and executing Selenium test scripts in Java, Selenium, and Qualitia;
  •         Verifying data extracts and record counts in database tables by writing complex SQL queries, Joins, Stored Procedures, and functions;
  •         Creating performance test scripts and configuration, utilizing HP Performance Center and Load Runner, and conducting test executions and analyzing results, by utilizing Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, and FLEX; and
  •         Determining milestone deliverables, communicating changes to schedule and the impact quality objectives and coordination, and implementing, gathering, and sharing project metrics to monitor improvement.
  •         15% travel required nationally.
