Work You’ll Do
Design, develop, and build solutions to address Government and Public Services (GPS) client business needs. Identify, evaluate and drive complex business process deployments and technology risks. Identify optimal cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the client. Perform technology analysis using various IAM tools, while working with clients to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases. Collaborate across the entire Deloitte organization to provide development support to product and technical teams. Drive innovative solution development based on client input. Work with GPS clients and the system development teams to design and implement controls to appropriately secure the data at rest, in use and in motion. Demonstrate strong understanding of large-scale information technology systems, business processes, and security regulatory risk management and security vulnerabilities. Design solutions to complex application problems for implementing effective security controls. Assess client security and control readiness and provide appropriate security assistance. Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that products/deliverables meet contract/work plan. Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work to client.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Information Sciences, Math, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Eighteen months of Privileged Access Management (PAM) experience.
- Experience must include eighteen months of:
- Working on enhancement of existing CyberArk environment for better adoption of PAM solution within the customer infrastructure;
- Configuring and maintaining the core IAM infrastructure with Symantec SiteMinder, SailPoint Identity IQ, and Symantec Secure Access Gateway for GPS clients;
- Performing IAM requirements gathering, troubleshooting, reporting, and operational activities and communicating between teams for application releases;
- Designing and implementing IAM solutions from leading IAM vendors, including CyberArk, Symantec Siteminder Single Sign-On, SailPoint Identity IQ, RadiantOne VDS/FID, and API Gateway;
- Designing high availability network architecture for enterprise deployment of Identity and Access Management infrastructure;
- Performing/conducting assessments for GPS clients, including applying Identity and Access Management standards, methodologies, and frameworks;
- Drafting workpapers to document testing procedures and results to support noted deviations, conclusions, and recommendations;
- Facilitating walkthroughs with control owners from cross-functional teams to understand business processes; and
- Implementing NIST 800-53 and 800-63 security controls to enhance clients' infrastructure and application security.
