Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Gilbert, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Responsible for the delivery of components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process. Contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, help to create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, process design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Create project charters, schedules, and plans, define project tasks, allocate resources and monitor project progress.

Requirements

MASTERS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE SAP ACTIVATE, AGILE, WATERFALL AND HYBRID SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLES FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, PRODUCTION CUTOVER ACTIVITIES AND IMPLEMENTATION, UPGRADE AND ENHANCEMENTS OF SAP HANA ERP SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE CLIENTS;
  • INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS USING SERVICENOW, ARIS DESIGNER AND SAP SOLUTION MANAGER USING MACHINE LEARNING, DELL BOOMI, MULESOFT, SAP CLOUD PLATFORM INTEGRATION, SAP PI/PO (PROCESS INTEGRATION/PROCESS ORCHESTRATION), SAP ETL TOOLS - BODS (BUSINESS OBJECTS DATA SERVICES), JAVA/J2EE, ABAP, SAP API MANAGEMENT/APIGEE, SAP HANA TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE, BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT (BPM), BUSINESS RULES MANAGEMENT (BRM), BUSINESS TO BUSINESS (B2B) AND ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE (EDI) FOR THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS;
  • TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING MICROSOFT PROJECT AND SMARTSHEETS WITH G SUITE;
  • COORDINATING THE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS AND RICEFW DELIVERABLES;
  • USING JMETER, HP ALM, POSTMAN, SAP SOLUTION MANAGER TEST SUITE AND MERCURY LOADRUNNER TO SUPPORT, PERFORM AND OVERSEE THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF TESTING TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS: USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT), SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING (SIT), PERFORMANCE TESTING, UNIT TESTING AND FUNCTIONAL TESTING; ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING ARIS DESIGNER AND ARCHITECT, SAP SOLUTION MANAGER AND MS VISIO;
  • DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS AND TRAINING FOR SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS USING SAP ENABLE-NOW AS PER PMP (PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL) AND ITIL FRAMEWORK;
  • LEADING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFP);
  • PERFORMING, ARCHITECTING AND DESIGNING SAP CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT, SAP CLOUD AND HYBRID SOLUTIONS WITH ARIBA, SAP CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER, SUCCESSFACTORS, SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD AND DOCUMENTUM USING SAP PI/PO, SAP CLOUD PLATFORM INTEGRATION AND SAP DS (DATA SERVICES); AND
  • DESIGNING REAL-TIME, MESSAGE AND EVENT-DRIVEN SCALABLE ARCHITECTURE USING SERVICE ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE (SOA) AND MICROSERVICES FRAMEWORKS AND DEFINING TECHNICAL GOVERNANCE AND CONTROL PROCESSES IN COMPLIANCE WITH SARBANES-OXLEY (SOX) ACT.
  • 15% TRAVEL REQUIRED NATIONALLY.
