Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Manager, Enterprise Performance – Oracle in Gilbert, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions that address clients next generational needs; create effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Manage the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage the design and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Cloud-based platforms, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and systems development lifecycle. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff; Managing onshore/offshore team on requirements and project deliverables, tracking and resolving key issues/queries, managing risks and identifying changes in scope by utilizing ServiceNow, Project Management Center, Oracle ERP Suite/Oracle Cloud Applications, HP ALM, Sharepoint, Microsoft Projects, and Smartsheet; Working across phases of the Agile and Waterfall methodologies including Requirement gathering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Review phases for solutions, utilizing project management tools Microsoft Projects and Smartsheet; Developing functional and technical requirements, identifying business processes, documenting process flow diagrams utilizing Requirement Traceability Tool, Microsoft Visio, MS Office Suite and preparing business blueprint documents; Performing assessments of existing information systems and perform fit gap analysis to identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities using MS Visio and Powerpoint; Designing and developing Supply Chain Transformation solutions utilizing Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Applications, and Oracle Retail Cloud applications; Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments using Oracle Cloud Applications, Training Manuals and Quick Reference Guide; Assisting with client presentations and proposal creation as required; and Performing test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, such as SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing utilizing Test Script Generator, HP ALM, and Requirement Traceability Tool.
