Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Manager, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DRIVING BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND ON-GOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE FULL SUITE OF ORACLE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. FUNCTIONING AS INTEGRATOR BETWEEN BUSINESS NEEDS AND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, HELPING TO CREATE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS TO MEET CLIENTS BUSINESS NEEDS. DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, PROCESSING DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. DELIVERING COMPONENTS OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT TECHNOLOGY AND CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. MANAGING THE IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, FUNCTIONAL DESIGNING, PROCESS DESIGNING (INCLUDING SCENARIO DESIGNING, FLOW MAPPING), PROTOTYPING, TESTING, TRAINING, DEFINING SUPPORT PROCEDURES. PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AND IDENTIFYING GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. PERFORMING CONCEPTUAL AND TECHNICAL DESIGNS, INCLUDING THE USE OF OBJECT-ORIENTED ANALYSIS AND DESIGN (OOAD) TECHNIQUES. WRITING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, CREATING PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS AND FINALIZING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. MANAGING THE SERVICE TRANSITION FROM ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) IMPLEMENTATION TEAM TO APPLICATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES (AMS) TEAM COORDINATING WITH OFFSHORE COUNTERPARTS. TRACKING APPLICATION DEFECTS USING DEFECT TRACKING TOOLS, COORDINATING DEFECT RESOLUTION EFFORTS, AND DOCUMENTING RESOLUTION DETAILS. DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING FINANCIAL REPORTS IN ORACLE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI) PUBLISHER ALONG WITH THE FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO FULFILL BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS. EXECUTING TESTING CYCLES, SUPPORTING TESTING EXECUTION FOR INTEGRATION TESTING (INT), USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT), AND PRODUCTION SUPPORT (PROD). PERFORMING DATA CONVERSION BY DEVELOPING CONVERSION STRATEGY BASED UPON BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, DEVELOPING PROCEDURAL LANGUAGE FOR SQL (PL/SQL) SCRIPTS FOR TRANSFORMING DATA AND HANDLING ERRORS, LOADING DATA INTO ORACLE DATABASES, AND ENSURING RECONCILIATION WITH THE SOURCE. PERFORMING DATA INTEGRATION BY DEVELOPING INTEGRATION STRATEGY AND MIDDLEWARE TO INTEGRATE DATA BETWEEN ORACLE FINANCIALS AND BOUNDARY SYSTEMS. ASSIGNING, MONITORING, AND MANAGING QUALITY OF THE WORK ASSIGNED TO THE TEAM. ESTIMATING EFFORT FOR CONVERSIONS, REPORTS, AND INTEGRATION IN SCOPE OF PROJECT.

Requirements

MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND FIVE (5) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE.
