Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP seeks a Solution Delivery Lead in Hermitage, TN.

Work You’ll Do

Work with engagement teams and clients to provide electronic discovery (e-Discovery) services from the Electronic Discovery Solutions Center. Implement and streamline processes, workflows and models and participate in planning, organizing, and executing strategic projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and quality. Assist clients with responding to discovery requests arising from complex disputes or regulatory investigations. Deliver e-Discovery solutions via secure and efficient setup, planning, collection, culling, analysis, processing, and production of data subject to litigation or regulatory investigation. Build internal business controls, document best practices and procedures, communicate with clients, and provide reporting and risk analysis and assessments in accordance with e-Discovery industry standards across the e-Discovery Resource Model (EDRM). Provide professional consultation for clients, including training, project management, litigation support, and issue resolution. Establish and execute quality control procedures to ensure data quality, confidentiality, integrity and assurance throughout the e-Discovery process. Mentor, coach, and train professionals on e-Discovery technology, tools, and processes to meet client and industry demands.

Requirements

  •        Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, Math, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
  •        Eighteen months of experience providing e-Discovery services.
  •        Experience must include eighteen months of:

o   Spearheading high performing project teams, creating project estimates, monitoring staffing, and interacting with team members to coordinate timelines of deliverables for multiple concurrent complex e-Discovery projects;

o   Creating processes, policies, and procedures to meet routine and one-off needs for projects and clients;

o   Creating industry-specific e-Discovery Reference Models to define standards throughout the e-Discovery lifecycle and ensure data integrity from collection through production;

o   Applying security and data privacy requirements in accordance with industry and regulatory standards, including PCAOB, Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, and FCPA;

o   Utilizing e-Discovery processing and hosting tools, including eCapture and Relativity, for processing, review, and production of evidence in support of investigation, litigation, and compliance;

o   Leveraging database query and programming skills to perform data analysis, visualizations, and robotic process automation, including using Microsoft SQL;

o   Utilizing cloud standards and technologies, including Microsoft Cognitive Services;

o   Utilizing industry-specific applications and tools, including automated translation software (SYSTRAN), transcription software, and data visualization tools (Tableau and Brainspace); and

o   Collaborating with engagement teams to provide end-to-end complex e-Discovery processes from case intake through production.
