Life Sciences Compliance & Operations- Solution Delivery Advisor
Deloitte’s Life Sciences Compliance & Operations Solution is seeking experienced professionals with excellent communication skills, judgment, critical thinking, and analytical abilities to execute a variety of physical and remote compliance reviews on behalf of our managed services clients.
In this role, the Solution Delivery Advisor will primarily conduct compliance reviews of promotional speaker programs and sales field activities as assigned for multiple clients, generate client-facing reports in accordance with the client program. The Solution Delivery Advisor will accomplish this by capturing observations identified during the speaker programs to generate a client report. Following the compliance review, serve as the main point of contact for client questions/feedback or additional discussion of results of the review.
In addition to conducting compliance reviews, the Solution Delivery Advisor may also conduct a variety of other inspections for clients in other Industries. This would include traveling to our client locations and executing deliverables in accordance with our client program guidelines for which training would be provided.
The Solution Delivery Advisor may also be asked to participate in trainings sessions for new hires and periodically for internal alignment throughout the duration of the program(s).
Our business goal is to provide the client with critical information and feedback regarding their sales representatives’ adherence to and compliance with corporate guidelines and industry standards. The Solution Delivery Advisor is responsible for delivering accurate, objective analysis of each assigned event to client leadership, maintaining professionalism and unobtrusiveness during the monitoring process, and working with account leadership to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Project Details & Requirements:
Client Execution:
- Conduct compliance reviews to meet the unique expectations and program requirements of the clients including, but not limited to:
- Being well versed on multiple client’s specific monitoring requirements, protocols, and details to execute the compliance process. Also includes the client resources and the methods and procedures designed by the Deloitte business.
- Exercise high level of detail and judgment in evaluating the clients’ delivery of their activities, identifying areas of non-compliance, and communicating those observations to team leadership and client.
- Ability to articulate, in detail, clarification and/or context of findings directly to the client
- Develop and produce accurate and consistent compliance reviews through written reports.
- Following the audit, be main point of contact for client questions/feedback or additional discussion of results of the audit.
- Maintain current proficiency of industry knowledge and trends with client industry knowledge to assess and capture high risk activities / areas of non-compliance during client interactions.
- Leveraging industry knowledge to identify, assess, and address various high-risk situations that would classify a client / event as non-compliant.
- Display high level of professionalism when interacting with clients and their customers throughout the evaluated activity to establish a level trust and allow the activity to occur as intended.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and conference calls as required to meet multiple client project requirements.
- Must be able to travel to location of activity to be evaluated (both driving and air travel) as required by the client. Overnight stays will be required.
The successful Solution Delivery Advisor will possess:
- Excellent command of English language (clearly speaking, reading comprehension, and writing) with strong analytic and presentation abilities.
- Skillful and fluid communication skills possessing the flexibility to communicate effectively with each client representative in the style and manner that they prefer.
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision, while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment by using industry knowledge and fully comprehending clients’ business models and needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3+ year experience in life-science/health care, customer service/operations, or related field
- Proficiency with all current technology and Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to:
- iPad / tablet / notebook / smartphone functionality
- Comfortable with both Android and Apple systems
- Ability to download and interact with mobile applications
- Laptop functionality
- Video conferencing software (ex: Zoom)
- Ability to utilize multiple web applications (at least 3) at one time
- Microsoft Teams
- Ability to travel 100% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Driving, air travel and overnight stays will be required.
- Ability to obtain valid US driver's license with no restrictions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at anytime in the future.

- Consulting experience
- Customer Service or sales experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
