Work you’ll do:

  • Design and implement technical solutions to improve financial management activities
  • Advise our clients on technical accounting and internal controls matters
  • Work with clients to identify financial control issues and gaps
  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Provides coaching to junior staff
  • Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development
  • Manage own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experience

Qualifications 

Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret clearance required
  • 1+ years of Consulting experience in any of the following areas: business process improvement, financial management policies and procedures, and financial system integrations/upgrades
  • Knowledge of and experience improving Federal accounting and transaction process
  • Experience as a team lead responsible for mentoring and coaching
  • Expert level experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to create client deliverables

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with U.S. government financial accounting systems
  • Certifications including CPA, CDFM, CGFM, CFA
