Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Architect, Strategy & Analytics, Analytics & Cognitive in Gilbert, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects including advisory and implementation services of large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging on-premise, web, and/or cloud-based platforms to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments. Manage projects of teams that perform data management, such as master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modeling while utilizing relevant technologies. Manage the full data delivery lifecycle for implementations, including defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Manage teams that work to provide insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms. Drive operational efficiency by maintaining data ecosystems and sourcing analytics expertise for continuous insights and improvements. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements

Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as noted above. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following: Managing advisory and implementation services of large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data, utilizing Python, MySQL (Structured Query Language), Apache Hive, and Presto SQL to generate insights leveraging On-premise, Web, and Cloud-based platforms to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments; Managing the full data delivery lifecycle for implementations, including defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions, utilizing Atlassian JIRA and Agile Methodology; Managing teams that work to provide insight and analytical support utilizing data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools, including Informatica PowerCenter, Python, Tableau, ERwin, Presto SQL to produce analysis and algorithms; Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff; Improving internal processes and promoting knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence; Managing and working with cross-functional teams across systems and coordinating with onshore and offshore teams on data transformation and migration projects for clients; and Formulating and creating functional and non-functional specification documentation for product development and roadmaps, business process reengineering, business modeling, analytical and business rules definition, data architecture, and user interface and experience, utilizing ERwin and Microsoft (MS) Office, including Visio.
