Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Architect, Human Capital, Asset Group Human Capital in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

 

Work You’ll Do

Direct, coordinate, and execute deliverables for HR Transformation projects. Work with client and business teams to gather data integration and migration requirements. Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships. Develop data migration, integration and reporting technology strategies for large-scale HR Transformation projects. Lead a project team by providing technical advice and expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud and HR Transformation processes. Provide hands-on guidance to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are achieved. Act as a point of contact for client communications, point of views, solutions, and brainstorming issue resolution. Work with leadership to manage the decision-making process. Create and present status reports that define project progress, risks and mitigation plans. Lead and build innovative accelerators/tools for enabling rapid technology delivery for HR Transformation projects.

  • 15% Travel required nationally.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM degree, or a related field and three (3) years of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive work experience. Must have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Work across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery lifecycle for  designing, developing, testing and implementing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud and Oracle related products solutions for enterprise-level clients;

o Analyze and document current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using process diagrams and Microsoft (MS) based tools and technologies;

o Interface directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs using Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM), Business Object Modeling, Lean specifications and Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Workflows (FRICEW) migration strategies;

o Use HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), Oracle HCM Extracts, Java, Oracle Database, service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Oracle Framework technology to lead the design and development of project solutions;

o Track and report on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders using MS Project Plan and VCUT Pro tools;

o Coordinate the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables;

o Lead and manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Performance Regression Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;

o Design and deliver user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments using HDL, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle HCM Extracts, Oracle Core HR, Oracle Payroll, and Oracle Absence and Benefits;

o Support business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
