Position Summary

As an experienced Software Engineer Manager you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of software operating systems and software application programs engineering, including design, analysis, and modeling
  • Ensure successful requirements definition, decomposition, allocation, and final verification across a complex system
  • Manage the technical baseline of different levels of technical maturity, ensuring successful milestone reviews
  • Executive level presentations to effectively provide status to internal executive management and customers

We incorporate expertise from across the firm to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions according to industry strategy. Core Industry Solutions will be known in the market for a focus on transforming industry operations through industry technology solutions.

Qualifications

Required

  • BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree
  • 8 years of experience working with and managing the design, test and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing applications in a DOD environment
  • Professional or government consulting experience 
  • Active US Government Secret Clearance

Preferred

  • MS in Computer Science
  • 8 years of experience managing the design, test and implementation of new systems and the enhancement of existing applications in a DOD enviroment
  • Active US Government Secret Clearance
