Work you’ll do 


The Site Operations Team Lead will bring healthcare, public health, and/or emergency preparedness experience and subject matter expertise to drive site implementation planning and operationalization in coordination with coordinating centers, site stakeholders, health agencies, and healthcare organizations to:  

•Develop site-specific Implementation Plans grounded in metrics, benchmarks, and evidence-based requirements to enhance medical surge capacity and capability

•Use a range of analytical methods to build actionable Implementation Plans, including developing concepts of operations across medical surge domains, incorporating all hazards planning and results of market landscape analysis. 

•Translate strengths and weaknesses related to readiness into actionable steps that form a clear pathway to the definitive care operational state. 

•Foster strong relationships and collaborations among healthcare entities, emergency management organizations, and public health.

•Facilitate site implementation planning workgroup meetings.

•Liaise with site stakeholders to execute aspects of the Implementation Plan.

Qualifications 

Required: 

 

  • High school degree or equivalent required  
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  •  Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role 
  • Travel up to 10%
  • 5 years or more of relevant work experience
