From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries.  Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. Work you’ll do:

 

Deloitte provides Integrated Risk Management (IRM) services,  IT Asset Management (ITAM) including Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Services, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) services based on the client’s immediate and long-term needs. By coupling our business and cyber risk functional experts on platform automation and integration with our risk and compliance domain leaders across Risk & Financial Advisory, Deloitte can provide a full spectrum of services; including: 

Advise – Create process and strategy, implementation plans and business case development,  target operating model, data strategy & governance, risk & control framework, training and end user enablement.  

Implement – perform proactive and administrative tasks and functions related to supporting ServiceNow implementation efforts such as:  lead requirements gathering sessions, assist with configuration and integrations, create/design/develop and execute testing plans, lead user acceptance testing,  implement customized solution workflows,  create process efficiencies.

Operate – managed operations in one or more of IRM, ITAM/CMDB or GRC services ranging from keeping the lights on for the client’s environment (e.g. upgrades, maintenance) ,  to full-service use case development and dashboards, data analytics, engagement reporting, ticket processing/fulfillment.


As a ServiceNow IRM, ITAM and/or GRC functional analyst, one will be helping organizations develop practical solutions to achieve better visibility over key components of the risk program, the asset landscape, leveraging leading vendor platforms or custom-built solutions.  Some examples of what you will do include:

Working with clients to identify target use cases for automation, as well as defining and documenting business and functional requirements for software development team.

Designing programs and processes in a manner that supports automation, including documenting process flows, roles and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, and metrics/scoring.

Light configurations and customizing software applications, including forms, workflows, calculations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, access controls, etc…

Develop analysis and advise clients on improving operations, processes and analytics.

Deliver projects and lead clients in strategic planning, program development, process transformation, technology enablement, analytics and decision support.

Facilitate client workshops and discussions, rapidly evaluate dynamic situations, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Participate in initiatives to improve the capabilities of the practice developing thought leadership, authoring articles, mentoring team.


Required Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree in Business or any Technology discipline, Mathematic, Engineering or Information Management Systems

Minimum 1 year plus experience with the following: 

Must be a ServiceNow “Certified System Administrator”

Must be a “Certified Implementation Specialist” in one or more applications – IRM, ITAM/CMDB, SAM or GRC

Experience working in a GRC, ITAM or IRC environment with a track record of executing corporate projects and growth initiatives

Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

Hands on experience with ServiceNow platform.

Excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and craves situational awareness 

Ability to take a broad view of his/her position and take initiative to communicate, interact, and cooperate with others to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed. 

Possess or ability to obtain & maintain security clearance.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications ITAM

1-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Software License Management, Software Compliance Management or Software Sales;Oversee engagement activities and governance

Understand and knowledge of leading ITAM / CMDB tools

Have a broad knowledge of asset/CI discovery tools, both agent-based and agentless

Have experience with CMDB integrations from a variety of data sources

Understand and be able to direct data normalization and reconciliation

Have hands-on, practical experience with the implementation, operation, and maintenance of one or more major CMDB products – preference is experience with  ServiceNow

Understand and be able to explain application and/or service modeling concepts and modeling execution in the CMDB

Understand and be able to explain the hardware asset lifecycle, and be familiar with procurement, receiving, deployment, and disposal concepts and methodologies

Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based software licensing for software vendors like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Micro Focus, SalesForce.com, VMware, Adobe;

Experience working with ILMT, BigFix, SCCM, ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, SNOW or Aspera

Experience working, managing, or licensing software within cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google, IBM, etc.

Desirable knowledge of and experience with the application of IT management and business methods/techniques such as ITIL, ASL, BiSL, ISPL, ISO20000; FFIEC, COBIT5


Preferred Qualifications IRM

1+ years of work experience consulting with organizations to design and implement risk management and IRM processes 

1+ years of consulting experience in defining business and functional requirements and working with technology teams to support these requirements through automation using IRM software that includes but is not limited to Archer or ServiceNow. 

1+ years of deploying solutions across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

1+ years of hands on experience designing and configuring IRM platform solutions 

Certifications on IRM software platforms

Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus


Preferred Qualifications GRC

Minimum 1 year plus experience with the following: 

o Overseeing and delivering consulting projects with successful outcome 

o Experience working in the GRC environment with a track record of managing and executing corporate projects and growth initiatives

o Leading GRC technology platform such as Archer, or ServiceNow. 

o Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

o Hands on experience implementing data driven solutions

o Hands on experience with ServiceNow platform.
