Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
This role involves being a senior technical ServiceNow Consultant, guiding customers through the most complex and demanding ServiceNow implementations. You will work directly with internal stakeholders and manage their requirements as well.
You will be acting as a ServiceNow architect where/when needed.
You will be responsible for configurations with Service Catalog, Incident Management, Configuration & Asset Management, Change Management, Event Management, Financial Management, Release Management, Integrated Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Demand Management and Asset Portfolio Management.
You will be responsible for building catalog items with various workflows
You will be completing workflow design and creation for Incident Management, Change Management, Service Requests, SLA's and creating Discovery schedules

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 7 + years with ServiceNow Development
- 7 + years of Programming Language experience (JQuery, Java, Angular Js, Jelly Script)
- 7 + years of Web Technology experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON)
- 7 + years of Database experience (Oracle, MySQL)
- 7 + years of Technology experience (Agile, Design Patterns, ITIL, Scrum)
- 7 + years of Methodology experience - Agile – Scrum, Waterfall ,Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
- 7 + years of Other Tool experience ( Eclipse, Code using Glide Ajax in Client Script, Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Developer, MS Office, Client Script/Calling server side)
- 7 + years of experience in hand-coded HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM, JavaScript/UI libraries and their use in implementing AJAX solutions
- Certifications Required: ServiceNow CSA
- Micro-cert: Flow Designer, ATF, Performance Analytics
- Experience configuring the Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Access Lists in ServiceNow.
- Coordinated installation of ServiceNow platform upgrades (Annual and Monthly)
- Experience with ServiceNow Event Management with experience in configuring Event
- Mapping Rules, Event Transform Rules, Alert Rules, Incident Templates.
- Experience with workflow administration, SNOW reporting, form/UI configurations, notifications, data imports and custom scripting.
- Experience managing clone schedules
- Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery patterns
- Experience with JAMF and SCCM Service Graph Connectors
- Develop and assist staff in the execution and support of Release and Testing Management best practices.
- Experience in writing jelly script to create web pages from a high-level page description using templates from the existing library.
- Managed data with Tables, the CMDB, Import Sets, and Update Sets.
- Used Glide AJAX and Asynchronous calls in script includes for standard practices.
- Detailed and working experience with minimally, the following ServiceNow Integrations:
- LDAP integration for users details population
- Asset Management Integration
- SCCM Integrations with CMDB
- BigFix Integrations
- JAMF Integrations
- Bi-directional ServiceNow to ServiceNow for Incident Management
