ServiceNow Consultant


Work you'll do
Our team is looking to train ServiceNow Developers that will support our clients in a variety of ServiceNow tasks and programs. You will be able to create configurations, conduct code review, and provide remediation steps for one or more of a variety of areas including, but not limited to ITSM, ITBM, HR, CSM. You will be able to perform ServiceNow administration, testing, documentation, and remediation tasks for protecting our clients in multi-shared services environments. The role requires strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and someone who is a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
 
The team
Our Technology Services Optimization team works with clients to transform their technology delivery by collaborating with CIOs, Executives, and their teams. Together we work to establish IT operating models based on the implications of advanced technologies, new/evolving service models for technology, and the operational expectations of an organization. Our team of experienced technologists understand the interwoven nature technology plays in all aspects of today's business environment and focus on helping our clients shift from foundational delivery of technology to be the strategic business partner and catalyst for change. Our Agile/DevOps/Lean technology experts work to transform the workforce of our clients into the next generation of technology service delivery teams.
 
Role Responsibilities
ServiceNow training will enable you to work as a developer in the ServiceNow software, and serve as an administrator for the system, create custom applications for our clients, or work on integrations. Often work includes reviewing and providing approval for remediation tasks for our clients. ServiceNow Software languages include - Angular JS, Python, REST API, and Java.

We are looking for people with the following attributes and experience:


Required:

  • Technology Consulting work experience and/or an undergraduate degree in a technology-related field
  • An active Secret clearance or above
Preferred:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work with customers and other stakeholders to define clear and accepted requirements and develop design documentation
  • Team players with excellent oral and written communication skills
